Please accept our sincere apologies, but due to matters out of our control, the garden will not be finished on time. But do not fear, we have rearranged for Saturday 13th October 2018.

On Saturday the 8th September at 11am, we will be having a grand opening of our new pre-school playground.

We have been lucky enough to be sponsored by 'The Wooden Spoon' who have given us the funding to make this all happen. So to celebrate this we are having a fete with stalls, face painting, a BBQ and lots more. So if you are looking for something to do and have a couple of hours free, then why not come down and join in the fun at Threshers Day Nursery.

It's a £1 entry for adults and the children come in for free. You can also buy your raffle tickets on the door to.

We would like to welcome our two new arrivals to nursery.

We have re-homed two rescue chickens from the Second Chance Animal Rescue farm in Crockenhill. They joined us on the 19th April 2018 and have settled into their new home really well. They children were very excited when they saw them, and have named them already.

Please feel free to pop into our garden and meet 'Twinkle Star' and 'Betty Tekka'.

Threshers Day Nursery will be celebrating their 45th Birthday this year. We will be having a great big summer fete, with a bouncy castle, face painting, a BBQ and lots more fun activities and stalls too.

We would like to invite everyone who has been involved with the nursery, from volunteers & helpers, to parents and grandparents who used to come here as children themselves. It would be lovely to share stories from how it was back when it very first opened, to how it is today.

If anyone has any old photographs or stories that they would like to share with us, please do get in contact with us, we would love to hear from you.
